You’ll be joining a passionate team that continues to lead the way in innovation, quality, and excellence within the food industry.About the NPD Coordinator jobThe purpose of your role will be to play a key hands-on role in the creation, testing, and launch of new food products. You will provide support to the NPD team in bringing ideas from concept to supermarket shelves.ResponsibilitiesCreate and test new food products, make samples in the development kitchen, work on recipes, and move products from ideas to small trials to full factory production, recording results such as taste, texture, and shelf life to ensure products meet quality standards.Prepare product specifications, ingredient lists, and keep accurate records to meet safety and retailer standards. Be responsible for ordering materials for trials, work with suppliers to find new ingredients and packaging, and monitor ingredient costs and availability.Support taste tests and collect feedback to help improve products. Accurately document all findings ensuring that products continue to meet company, regulatory and customer expectations.Work closely with teams across production, quality, and technical departments to share results and solve problems.
