Job Opportunity: Test Centre Administrator – Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. Permanent part‑time position, minimum 10 hours per month. Salary £13.37 per hour, paid monthly. Responsibilities Welcome, greet, and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates. Comply with all exam testing security procedures and company policies. Verify candidate identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules. Proctor / invigilate candidates during exams. Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments such as IT. Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations after each candidate. Qualifications Friendly and professional team‑player with strong customer‑service skills. School qualifications in English and Maths; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, late night, weekends, and any day of the week. Ability to sit for extended periods and escort candidates to and from exam rooms. Excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour such as whispering. Work Conditions Test Centres are open early morning, late night, and weekends.
