Salary: TPLTSS3 £9,610 – £9,762 (actual salary). Plus various Company Benefits. About the Role We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work at St Anne’s Church Academy. This role will suit a candidate who has passion and enthusiasm for working with young children with additional needs. We are a busy, friendly academy, with lots of lovely learning taking place and much to celebrate. Responsibilities Work under the direction of the class teacher to ensure learning targets are achieved and the child is supported to achieve their best in the school environment. Promote wellbeing by encouraging children to develop good relationships with others, develop their independence and self-esteem. Support children to be successful in our school and beyond. What you will need to succeed Some experience of working with children of primary age, ideally in a school context. A qualification in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A. C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework. A passion and excitement for teaching and learning. A willingness to learn new skills.
