I am looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor (s) for a well-regarded law firm in Greater Manchester to work across M&A, disposals, shareholder agreements and restructuring in a hybrid working model. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to grow within a market-leading corporate team. Client Details Our client is a forward-thinking, independent law firm with strong regional credentials and a people-first culture. They are recognised as a Top Tier firm but the Legal 500, a a Top 200 UK Law Firm by The Lawyer. They have a collaborative approach to target and they deal with high network and good quality work. Description The Corporate Solicitor will be: Leading or supporting on high-value M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuring Managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation Advising on corporate governance, group reorganisations and joint ventures Building and developing client relationships and contributing to business development within the corporate team Mentoring more junior members of the team and helping shape team processes and strategy Profile The Corporate Solicitor should be: A solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years PQE in corporate/M&A work Experienced in managing full-cycle M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuring Comfortable drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, group reorganisations Commercially minded, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships Able to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and contribute to team growth and mentoring Job Offer Estimated salary starting from c£57k dependent on experience along with other company benefits, great progression and high quality work.
