Casual Sales Assistant

As a Casual Sales Assistant you’ll deliver top-tier customer service while staying ahead of the latest fashion trends. You’ll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect look, keeping the store visually exciting and contributing to a dynamic retail atmosphere that reflects the USC brand. Responsibilities Provide outstanding personalised service to every customer Offer expert style advice and product recommendations Create a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back Maintain excellent shop floor standards and visual displays Support with stock replenishment and store readiness Work collaboratively with your team to drive performance and hit targets Qualifications Passionate about fashion streetwear and emerging trends Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset Positive energetic and a team player Able to work in a fast‑paced style‑conscious environment Flexible and reliable especially during evenings, weekends and busy trade periods Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential Your Development You’ll start with a full in‑store induction and continue learning through our industry‑leading development courses.
