Cafe Supervisor - Costa We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our high street coffee shop on a part‑time basis (30 hours per week). This role will be based at One Retail, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly. Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported. Act as a responsible key holder. Assist with weekly bookkeeping and any other duties that are necessary. Produce weekly rosters following the manager's guidelines. Place orders for stock to maintain correct inventory levels. Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards. Comply with Health & Safety regulations. Ideal Candidate Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on great customer service. Team player with a can‑do attitude. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
