You will be working with a small but friendly and well-established HR team looking after around 500 employees including the head office team and also field based employees. You will work across a full range of HR matters offering full support to the HR Manager in the running of all day-to-day general aspects of HR and all aspects of the employee lifecycle including:Recruitment including Job descriptions, interviewingOnboarding and InductionAbsence managementPerformance managementEmployee relationsLeaver procedures including exit interviewsTraining administration and running HR topic workshopsBenefits and rewardsAd-hoc project workComplianceData analysisSkills, Experience and Education Requirements:Experience of working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to converse at all levels, written & verballyExperience of working in a similar role within an HR departmentSolid Microsoft package skillsDue to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away.
