What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of Presales Consultants, Technical Client Consultants, and Enterprise Architects, fostering growth and excellence. Drive Strategy: Partner with Sales to develop account strategies, optimize presales coverage, and ensure timely resource utilization. Deliver Impact: Oversee presales deliverables, resolve customer challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction. Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and build technical expertise within your team to maintain HPE’s presales excellence. Consultative Selling: Guide your team in applying solution-selling techniques, building trusted advisor relationships, and creating compelling business cases. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not essential Experience: 7+ years in sales or presales roles. Proven success in managing teams and achieving business goals. Strong project management and consultative selling skills. Skills: Business acumen and financial selling expertise.
