Join our amazing team and make a real difference every day.Key Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesProvide housing related support to assist clients live independently in the community (excluding personal care tasks).Be available to work at times appropriate to the changing needs of the client and for the efficient use of staff resources.Assist in the assessment of needs and risks as relevant to each client and help set and attain realistic and achievable targets.Monitor and record the client’s progress and support tasks delivered during shift.Provide a range of services appropriate to the individual’s needs.Assist clients develop the skills needed to attain, maintain, and sustain stable tenancies.Promote client involvement and active participation in the service.Work in a multi‑agency manner with relevant professionals.Act as an advocate for clients as appropriate.What We Need From YouMinimum of one year’s work experience within housing, social care or an equivalent setting with vulnerable clients (young people, children or adults).Knowledge of safeguarding issues, practices, and procedures.Good communication skills.Good recording and reporting skills.Proven ability to support and work as a member of a team.Good understanding of health & safety.Good level of IT literacy.Strong commitment to quality assurance, continuous improvement and the delivery of best practice.Flexibility, self‑motivation, confidence and initiative.Good organisational skills.Flexibility in approach to work and adaptability to change.Ability to work flexible hours when required.Full EU driving licence and access to a car.Perks You’ll LoveGuaranteed 36 hrs/week.12‑hour shifts (days & nights).£150 refer‑a‑friend bonus.Health cashback plan.Paid holidays.Full training + personal development.Blue Light discounts.In‑house counselling support.Contract type: 36‑hour contract, permanent.Working hours: 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am.Closing date: 12/12/2025.Salary: £13 – £16 per hour.As part of the recruitment process for this role, we will carry out an access NI.
