What you'll be doing as a Wine Waiter/Waitress at The Fat Badger: Assist guests with wine selection, offering thoughtful recommendations Present, open, and serve wine in line with service standards Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our wine list and pairing Support the wider service team to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience Care for wine storage and ensure proper handling of stock Maintain cleanliness of service areas, Proactively clear and service tables. Handle payments and operate the POS system. Learn Daily and advance your knowledge in wine & Service. About you, our Wine Waiter/Waitress at The Fat Badger: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high end restaurant or hospitality environment. A deep passion for wine and a desire to learn and share your knowledge. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Familiarity with beer, spirits, and cocktails is a plus.
