Key Responsibilities Deliver lessons using pre-planned materials provided by class teachers Engage and motivate students to stay on task with their learning Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Provide feedback to staff on student progress and engagement Uphold the school's ethos of respect, inclusion, and high expectations What We're Looking For Experience working with young people in education or a similar setting Strong classroom management and communication skills A confident, professional, and positive approach The ability to follow lesson plans and deliver engaging sessions A flexible, proactive attitude and commitment to safeguarding children An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) EWC registration (or willingness to register before starting work) Desirable (but not essential) Background in education, youth work, or coaching Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education support Why Join Zen Educate?
