The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to the role and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service, promoting knowledge and best practice across projects and achieving successful outcomes for clients.Role ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManaging commissionContract Administrator & Employer’s AgentDesign & specification writingPre-acquisition surveysQuadrennial surveys on listed buildingsPPM and asset condition schedulesQuality& Technical MonitoringBank/Fund MonitoringDefects DiagnosisDilapidationsMeasured SurveysParty Wall AwardsPrincipal DesignerCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.QualificationsDegree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical disciplineMRICS or membership of other relevant professional bodyExperienceCDM / Health & Safety exposureProject based experienceAbility to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent mannerExcellent specification writing skillsGood knowledge of JCT ContractsTrack record in project management of projects from inception to completionEvidence of working with multiple stakeholdersExperience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlinesPreviously employed by a consultancyBehavioursRecognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors.
