Role Description Full‑time or part‑time role based in Greater London. As an In‑Work Disability Support Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include providing customised support to individuals with disabilities in professional work environments. You will assist clients with tasks such as communication support, accessibility needs, and workplace accommodations. Additionally, you will liaise with employers to ensure an inclusive work environment and support the implementation of best practices to improve accessibility and inclusion. Qualifications Experience in providing support services for individuals with disabilities, including access facilitation and workplace assistance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and employers. Organisational and time‑management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with disability rights, workplace accessibility standards, and relevant legislation. Flexibility and adaptability in supporting clients in both in‑person and remote settings. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information. Previous experience in training delivery or basic interpreting services is an advantage. A passion for promoting inclusion and helping individuals thrive in professional environments.
