What You’ll Be Doing
* Mastering the full 360° recruitment process within the Education sector
* Sourcing educators through job boards, social media, and referrals
* Building strong relationships with schools, academies, LA’s and trusts to deliver tailored staffing solutions
* Supporting educators throughout their journey, ensuring a professional, people-focused experience
* Collaborating with your team to achieve targets, celebrate wins and drive shared success
About You
* Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn and build a career
* Confident building rapport and communicating at all levels
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Full UK driving licence & car (essential for client meetings)
* Excited to work in a high-energy, target-driven environment
Working Hours
Term Time: Mon–Thu 07:15–17:00 | Fri 07:15–16:00
Non-Term Time: Mon–Fri 09:00–15:00
