OverviewWe are looking for an experienced engineer to manage our client's M365 application suite, providing the business with an effective and efficient collaboration platform for both internal users and external customers. This position plays a critical role in enabling efficient remote collaboration and supporting the organization’s digital communication strategy.About the RoleYou will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions to support the productivity and collaboration needs of the business, and play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tailored solutions are delivered in line with the needs of the business.Proactively recommend new working practices and adhere to current best practices.Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and help drive productivity and efficiency across the organisation.QualificationsWith over 2 years of experience in managing M365 environments, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong and demonstrable experience of working with cloud technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.Ability to work successfully to planned deadlines.Preferred SkillsSharePointImplement governance and data protection policiesTeamsConfiguration and deploymentUser access managementDevice administrationCommunications administrationBackup solutionsExperience with PowerShell scripting and automationIntegrating M365 with other business applicationsDocumenting system configurations and processesMaintaining compliance with organisational and industry standardsFamiliarity with endpoint management using IntuneSecurity and compliance in cloud environmentsData migration and integration projectsCloud-based backup solutionsAwareness of Cyber Security approachesPay range and contract length6-12 months contractSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
