Corporate Sales Performance Analyst Our client, a leading European vehicle rental business, is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Corporate Sales Performance Analyst to support their UK Corporate sales team. The Role This is a key analytical position within the Commercial Department where you'll provide valuable insights into corporate account performance. You'll help identify risks, opportunities and trends that drive better decision‑making across revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the corporate sales team and senior stakeholders, you'll play an important part in shaping the overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Analyse corporate account sales performance across domestic UK and international portfolios Produce monthly insight reports for the corporate sales team and senior management Identify trends and patterns following key activities such as contract renewals, new signings and pricing changes Recommend actions to minimise risk and maximise opportunities based on performance data and market intelligence Support the Marketing and B2B Pricing teams with data‑driven insights Maintain accurate records and outputs within Salesforce What We're Looking For Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights Advanced Excel proficiency (Google Sheets and Business Objects desirable) Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings to all management levels High level of commercial awareness and business acumen Proven stakeholder management experience Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident decision‑maker who takes ownership and accountability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines Quick learner who adapts well to change Desirable Experience in the rental, leasing or automotive industry (not essential) Location Hybrid – 3-5 days per month in Leicester office, remainder working from home.
