We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team.

This role sits above a Team Manager and below Shift Managers, providing a key link between warehouse operations and leadership, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Manager:

Work with the warehouse management system and support users in problem-solving.

Monitor work pace using available tools, reports, and dashboards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Suggest and/or decide on the most efficient allocation of available resources using analytical skills and process synergies.

Create necessary tools, reports, and dashboards according to supervisor requirements.

Ensure on-time order fulfillment while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Actively participate in system testing and process improvements.

Requirements as Warehouse Manager:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions.

Ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to work in a shift system.

Stress resilience and strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and openness.

Ability to see the bigger picture of warehouse operations, beyond individual segments.

English proficiency (B2 level).

Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in the fashion/e-commerce industry is an advantage.
