We have an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of agricultural professionals at our 850‑acre estate, which includes a mixed‑use livestock and arable farm. Your teaching will shape a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across crops, machinery, and estate skills. Support and guide students through practical and classroom learning. Develop course materials and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the land‑based curriculum. Assess and review students’ progression in the workplace. Ensure high standards of health, safety, and welfare across all teaching and practical activity areas. What we are looking for Strong, up‑to‑date industry experience in agriculture—ideally with knowledge of crops, machinery, estate maintenance, or general farm operations. A passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation, with the ability to explain both theory and practical application clearly. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence delivering to learners of varying abilities. A recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for visiting students in the workplace.
