We treat each user as an individual and work with them to find the right treatment and care options.About the roleCriminal Justice Data Administrator – ManchesterFull Time, 37.5 per week, Fixed Term contract until 30-Jun-2026. Salary £25,077 per annum pro rata for part time.Support the collation and submission of statistical data and information ensuring the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate reporting to all external and internal stakeholders.Be responsible for maintaining and updating local and central databases and provide timely and accurate data and information.Record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.Act as a point of contact and coordinate all tradesmen attending to building management and maintenance issues.Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner (CRiiS).About youKnowledge and experience of general office procedures and administrative duties.IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (e.g. NDTMS, Public health).ise in working with WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS IT packages.Excellent communication skills.Excellent data entry skills.Excellent time‑management skills and ability to manage an ever‑changing workload and meet deadlines.What we will give to you25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising by 1 day for each year of service (capped at 30 days).Paid “Wellness” hour each week along with a Wellness hub and Employee Assistance Programme.Contributory pension scheme.Access to a range of benefits including discounts for shopping, cinema, holidays, etc.A friendly and supportive team.Training, career development and progression opportunities.Refer‑a‑friend scheme.Please ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement you reflect on the details outlined in the job description.
