If you thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and love making things happen, this could be the perfect next step.What will I be doing?You'll be right at the heart of our commercial success, helping us protect our contractual obligations, manage risk, and maximise profitability. Your day-to-day will include:Supporting commercial leadership to ensure our rights, risks, and opportunities are fully understoodLeading and developing your commercial team, coaching, managing and supporting high performanceBuilding strong, long-term relationships across internal teams, partners, and stakeholdersDeveloping robust budgets and cost controls to keep projects commercially soundDriving timely and accurate weekly and monthly cost value reconciliationsManaging cash effectively by optimising income and reducing WIP exposureIdentifying, pricing, and agreeing contract variationsEnsuring subcontractors are engaged correctly and their agreements are administered to company and contract standardsWhat do I need to succeed?To shine in this role, you'll need:A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to lead from the frontExtensive commercial experience within a contractor environmentThe ability to motivate and inspire teams toward common goalsProven experience managing a range of contracts including complex arrangementsStrong technical construction knowledgeDemonstrable commercial expertise at Senior QS levelA solutions-focused mindset, resilience under pressure, and exceptional attention to detailWhat's my next step?If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you - please click the apply button and we'll be in touch shortly to discuss next steps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
