We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Onley, a Category C men’s prison located in Rugby. Salary This full‑time position offers an annual salary up to £29,273 per annum – depending on experience. You will: Support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received, whilst promoting safe patient care. Be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery. Qualifications required NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care A non-judgmental and compassionate approach Excellent communication skills Good IT skills and IT literacy Ability to work within a busy environment Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures Preferred experience Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
