Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations Join to apply for the Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations role at Almac Group. Location: Craigavon Hours: 21:30-06:00 Sunday to Thursday Nightshift Business Unit: Almac Pharma Services Reference: HRJOB11138 Almac Pharma Services manufacture medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form, and pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets. We provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide support the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to join our operations in our Craigavon facility. Responsibilities: Lead and manage packaging teams to ensure efficient production, adherence to schedules, cost control, and compliance with all company policies. Drive high levels of client service while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring continued skills development of packaging teams. Perform line management responsibilities for a team of Operators and Senior Operators, including completing appraisals, performance management, absence reviews, and effective daily rostering to ensure effective resource utilisation. The ideal candidate will have: High attention to detail. Proven ability to adhere to SOPs and associated work instructions. Strong knowledge of Packaging & Manufacturing, with the ability to anticipate and effectively resolve problems. Degree level qualification and/or significant relevant experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment, ideally including the supervision of personnel and the allocation of work.
