We offer training contracts and have a high retention rate for newly qualified solicitors, including qualifying experience for the SQE route. Benefits Starting salary of £26,000 and £28,000 upon passing the probationary period Police station accreditation, with the opportunity for paid overtime Structured training programme Exposure to high‑profile cases and responsibility early on with own caseload Progression opportunities within the firm Pension scheme with employer contribution Ongoing training and development Supervision and mentorship Yearly firm events and discretionary yearly bonuses Required Skills LPC or SQE qualified A strong interest in criminal law Good commercial awareness Great people skills Good analytical skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proactive in finding solutions to problems independently Ability to understand instructions and follow them accurately Legal research Ability to work under pressure Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate good organisational skills Strong work ethic Desirable Skills Ability to speak additional languages Successful candidates will work from one of our offices (North London or Hertfordshire) and may be required to travel to other offices, courts, prisons and police stations.
