This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage multiple projects across a variety of sites, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Oversee and manage several contracts simultaneously from inception through to completion. Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and direct labour teams. Attend and lead contract meetings with clients and stakeholders. Work closely with a dedicated administrator and experienced site supervisors to deliver industry-leading standards of quality and safety. Manage site-based personnel, including involvement with HR matters and performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety protocols, and project specifications. Contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive team culture. This list of responsibilities and requirements are not exhaustive, and some degree of flexibility is required to support the success of the department. Requirements Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Proven experience in a contracts management role within construction, refurbishment, or fire protection industries. Experience working with both direct and subcontract labour. Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with specialist software such as Bolster and PlanRadar is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of fire sealing and passive fire protection systems is beneficial. A proactive attitude and willingness to grow with a forward-thinking company.
