Job Title: Electrical Testers - London (£32 per hour) A leading electrical contractor is currently seeking experienced Electrical Testers to join their team on site-based projects across London. These are site-based roles, where successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out testing, inspections, isolations, and energisations as part of large-scale electrical installations. On occasion, Electrical Testers may also be required to oversee a small team of testers or take responsibility for controlling a designated area of work, ensuring all activities are completed safely and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical testing, inspection, isolation, and energisation activities on site Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and site safety requirements Maintain accurate test documentation and records Liaise with supervisors and project managers to report progress and issues Occasionally oversee or coordinate other testers or designated work areas Requirements Qualified and experienced Electrical Tester (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent preferred) Strong understanding of BS7671 wiring regulations Experience in site-based testing within commercial or industrial environments Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team Pay & Package £32 per hour CIS - You can also look at a PAYE rate.
