We are currently recruiting Kitchen Porters across London for future opportunities.This is a fantastic chance to work in a variety of professional hospitality environments — from luxury hotels and private members’ clubs to restaurants, banqueting venues, and corporate kitchens.As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hospitality experience, work flexible shifts, and be part of a hardworking kitchen team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in keeping things spotless, and is reliable under pressure.What’s on offer:Working Hours: Shifts typically 6–10 hours, depending on venue requirementsDays: Flexible across weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for both daytime and evening shiftsEnvironment: Work in professional kitchens within prestigious venues across Central LondonPay: £12.21 – £12.75 per hour (depending on experience and client)Weekly Pay (every Friday)Temporary hospitality positions with potential for long-term or permanent opportunitiesStart dates to be confirmedKitchen Safety Shoes requiredKey responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensilsWash pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery quickly and efficientlyAssist chefs with basic food prep tasks when requiredEmpty bins, manage recycling, and keep back-of-house areas tidyEnsure cleaning schedules are followed and health & safety standards upheldSupport smooth kitchen operations during busy service periodsWork collaboratively with chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house teamsThe ideal candidate:Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Cleaner, or General Assistant in hospitality is desirable but not essentialStrong work ethic with a positive, “can-do” attitudeReliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressurePhysically fit and comfortable with manual tasks (lifting, standing for long periods, fast-paced work)Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekendsAble to adapt quickly to different venues and kitchen teamsAvailable for last-minute assignments and short-notice bookingsEligible to work in the UK and available for immediate startPlease note: Some client sites may require you to pass a background check or provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.For an opportunity to interview for this fantastic Kitchen Porter role, please submit your CV to applyOptime Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
