Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and that they are fully using our platform. CRM Management: Efficiently manage and maintain client data using our CRM system. Communication: Engage with clients through Zoom meetings, emails, and telephone calls, delivering proactive and high-quality service. Organisational Skills: Prioritise tasks effectively, balancing administrative duties with client service. Strategic Upselling: Use insight and rapport to introduce existing add-ons that align with client objectives, expanding account value while enhancing user satisfaction and platform usage. Prioritisation Excellence: Ability to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring that client needs are always at the forefront. Effective Communicator: Ability to communicate professionally and politely with clients and key stakeholders across the business. Rapport Building: Skill in creating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, leaving a great impression from the very first interaction. Working Environment This Account Manager role is based in our office. We offer flexitime, allowing you the flexibility to start and finish your day earlier or later, depending on your preferences. We have an in-house chef who cooks delicious food for everyone free of charge each day, along with snacks and drinks on offer. Our social events are once a month, and there is an annual away trip in addition to a 25-day annual holiday allowance. Performance-Related Bonuses As an Account Manager, in addition to your base salary (between 25-33k), you’ll have the opportunity to earn performance-related bonuses of up to £1,000 by effectively managing your client accounts. This bonus structure is designed to incentivise and reward your success in building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and meeting your targets. Career Progression We’re growing quickly and looking for individuals eager to advance their careers. If you’re passionate about our product, company, and ethos, and you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to senior roles, including managing your own Account Manager team, within 18-24 months.
