You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own projects from concept through to completion while helping shape the growth of our Sydney Electrical team.As a senior member of the discipline, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring emerging engineers, contributing to business development, and representing Lucid at industry events and forums.About YouAn Australian‑recognised degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant trade backgroundRegistration such as CPEng, NER, RPEQ, or QBCC Designer’s Licence (or eligibility to obtain)Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, and relevant industry codesProficiency with engineering and design software (including Revit)Proven ability to manage electrical projects through all stages of design and deliveryExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsA passion for collaboration, accuracy, and delivering exceptional client outcomesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver electrical design projects with a focus on technical excellenceProvide design certification and QA review in accordance with Lucid’s policiesSupport and mentor junior and graduate engineersBuild strong client and contractor relationshipsPrepare fee proposals and contribute to business development opportunitiesAttend site inspections, meetings, and industry events as a Lucid representativeWhat Sets Us ApartWe’re one of Australia’s largest employee‑owned consultancies — meaning you’ll work alongside shareholders who back your ideas and support your growth.
