Your contributions will help shape the future of payments operations and drive our growth strategy.As a Senior Associate in the Branch Expansion team you will play a pivotal role in delivering the operational readiness and transformation initiatives critical to the Payments organization\'s growth strategy. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure compliance with local conditions. Your role is crucial in coordinating resources and contributing to the successful execution of the branch expansion program. Responsibilities Support strategic initiatives for branch expansion and operational readiness. Collaborate with Program & Product stakeholders to support deliverables and milestones. Communicate readiness prerequisites and milestones with Operations, Client Service & Implementations teams. Partner with Legal, Compliance, KYC, COD and Local Operations teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. Work closely with the Product Owners and Technology on prioritization of deliverables from a business and technology perspective. Create and managing holistic project plans to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones, escalating and removing blockers. Track milestone progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model and framework for new market expansion. Articulate and document the current / future E2E state across functions. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience in project management, operational readiness, or transformation. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and escalate issues effectively. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and operational frameworks. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Logical and structured approach to planning and problem-solving. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience working with global teams across regions and time zones. Proven track record of supporting high-pressure situations. Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
