The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.About the role:As a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver partnership strategies that support growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.Key responsibilities:Building and maintaining publisher and Influencer relationships in order to understand their needs and business prioritiesCoordinate with various teams to address Affiliate and Influencer needs in an accurate and timely mannerSuperb written and oral communication skills, with the ability to think and act with speedHighly organised & efficient, able to work clearly & effectively in a fast paced environmentOversee Influencer & Content Affiliate collaborations and report back on to the senior team on findings and learningsResponsible for driving revenue growth across all Social Media Platforms via Influencer placementsSeek out new opportunities and ways to work with established and up and coming influencersLeading Influencer activity to run alongside campaigns, product launches and celeb / influencer collaborations to maximise exposureCandidate requirements:Experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how these may cross over into the Affiliate channelProficient knowledge of all Social Media ChannelsEffectively prioritise tasks for both personal workload and team responsibilitiesAbility to review commercial proposals and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channelComfortable navigating fast-paced environments and delivering strong resultsConfident in presenting to and working with senior team membersExcellent communication skills with an ability to build strong cross departmental relationshipsKnowledge of Google AnalyticsSome of our benefits:Staff DiscountEAP SchemeRegular Social EventsOn-site subsidised gym (Alderley Park HQ)Cycle to Work SchemeWhat happens next?Our talent acquisition team will be in touch if you're successful so keep an eye on your emails.
