Department: UX Location: Head Office, Chelsea House A highly skilled UI Designer to elevate our brand and digital CX through innovative and beautifully crafted user interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of design and brand, working closely with the Head of Brand Creative to ensure that every digital touchpoint aligns with our creative vision while delivering intuitive and high‑performing user experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a refined design sensibility, a strategic mindset, and a passion for turning brand narratives into exceptional UI solutions that are both visually impactful and commercially effective. Responsibilities Lead the UI design of key digital projects and experiences, from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand identity and creative direction. Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Creative to interpret campaign and brand narratives into engaging and cohesive digital interfaces. Translate UX wireframes and business requirements into high‑fidelity, pixel‑perfect UI designs for web, mobile, and app. Work in tandem with developers and product teams to ensure design quality and functionality are executed to the highest standard. Champion best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and performance. Maintain and evolve digital design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and actively push forward visual innovation within the brand. Present and articulate design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders including marketing, product, and development teams. Stay current on UI trends, tools, and technologies, proactively bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the team. Skills Strong UI design experience within a brand‑led environment (agency or in‑house). Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, attention to detail, and brand storytelling through UI. Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and how to translate them into engaging interfaces. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of motion/interaction design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is a plus. Experienced in working with design systems and maintaining visual consistency across multiple platforms. Highly collaborative and comfortable working alongside creative, marketing, product, and development teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas to both peers and senior stakeholders.
