This role is central to helping our predominantly Primary‑aged learners build strong foundations in numeracy and literacy, empowering them to access the wider curriculum and engage meaningfully with the world around them. What You’ll Do Plan, leadand assesssmall group sessions and 1:1 interventions tailored to individual needs. Design creative, evidence-based strategies to boost literacy and numeracy. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent progress. Track and celebrate learner achievements, adapting approaches to maximise impact. Contribute to our vibrant school community, promoting inclusion and success for all. By enabling learners to develop these essential skills, you will be directly supporting our vision — helping them to become confident, fulfilled individuals and compassionate citizens.
