If so, we would love to hear from you. Ward 22 Short Stay at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital is looking to recruit a Housekeeper. The role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Successful applicants will be involved in stock ordering and distribution, preparation of meals for those who use our service, and ensuring the kitchen area on the ward is maintained in line with national and local guidelines. The ideal applicant will have IT skills to enable use of the trust Oracle ordering system and will be punctual, reliable and able to work as part of a team. Main Duties of the Job Ordering non-clinical supplies, cleaning, catering, and other tasks that help create a suitable environment to deliver high‑quality care. Report to the Ward Manager any maintenance faults or issues preventing a suitable environment being maintained.
