About the role As an Urgency & Emergency Care Clinician (UECC), you will work within Integrated Contact Centres (ICC) across the North West. Your primary responsibility is remote assessment of patients, ensuring excellent care through consistent clinical standards. After initial training and skill consolidation, you will develop additional skills, including providing clinical advice, supporting returning or new staff through mentorship, managing the clinical queue, and referring calls to partner organisations that provide Clinical Assessment Services. Responsibilities • Remote triage of patients on a 24/7 basis• Work a variety of shifts including full night shifts, bank holidays, and public holidays Qualifications Post registration clinical experience in a face‑to‑face, primary or acute care setting, emergency department or pre‑hospital role. Triage experience. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to support staff. Resilient, highly motivated and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Ability to adapt to a new and challenging setting. Basic computer skills. Benefits Part‑time and full‑time opportunities available.
