Our team is growing, and we're now looking for a CRM Manager with strong HubSpot experience to join us on our mission to deliver brilliant work for our clients and our agency.

We are open to this role being part-time. This could also suit a contractor delivering this support for other clients.

The Role We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and drive its optimisation across our marketing and sales functions. This is a hands-on role that requires technical know-how, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate CRM insights into meaningful actions.

You'll be responsible for improving our lead nurturing strategy , maintaining data quality, embedding HubSpot into our daily workflow, and ensuring it integrates effectively with key tools like Office 365, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dealfront and Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of our HubSpot setup to identify areas for improvement
  • Refine and maintain our CRM structure, segmentation and data quality
  • Align HubSpot functionality with our sales and marketing goals
  • Develop end-to-end lead nurturing strategies in line with our agency ethos

Data Management & Growth

  • Ensure GDPR-compliant data retention policies are in place
  • Maintain high-quality, segmented contact data across key sectors (tech, built environment, financial and professional services)
  • Source and build new data sets in relevant target areas

Lead Nurturing & Engagement

  • Use data insights to support our marketing content strategy
  • Optimise workflows to engage contacts through inbound, referrals and organic channels
  • Implement behavioural triggers and lead scoring to support sales engagement
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to support sales and marketing
  • Upskill internal teams with tailored HubSpot training and support materials

Landing Pages & Lead Capture

  • Advise on best practices for lead capture across WordPress and HubSpot
  • Optimise landing pages and CTAs to improve conversion rates
  • Implement CRO strategies including A/B testing and personalisation

Tool Integration & Support

  • Integrate HubSpot with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other key platforms
  • Manage and optimise integrations (e.g. Monday.com, Dealfront via Zapier)
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for CRM-related tools and connections

Privacy, Compliance & Reporting

  • Establish best practices for privacy, compliance and ethical data usage
  • Improve sales and marketing reporting dashboards to highlight performance and ROI
  • Move beyond vanity metrics to track real impact and efficiency

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM within a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation and data privacy (GDPR)
  • Experience with CRM integrations including Office 365, Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com and Dealfront
  • Comfortable creating workflows, reports, dashboards and training resources
  • Able to confidently engage and support both marketing and sales teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
