Veterinary Receptionist – Part-Time Join us at CVS Group UK as a Veterinary Receptionist. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join Priory Veterinary Group based at our Beeston site. Location: Beeston siteContract: PermanentHours: 21.13 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday – Friday with a share in the Weekend rota About Priory Veterinary Group A practice dedicated to excellent animal care. About The Role Day‑to‑day duties include: Answering phones and booking appointments Responding to queries via phone, in person, and email Registering new clients Completing insurance forms Dispensing medications Taking payments Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice What We’re Looking For Previous reception experience essential; veterinary experience a plus Resilient and able to cope with potentially distressing situations Excellent communicator with strong empathy Excellent customer service skills dealing with members of the public Positive attitude and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database systems What We Can Offer You Salary in line with the National Minimum Wage (as of 1 April 2025) Generous annual leave entitlement of 5 weeks per year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata) Supportive and collaborative team environment Staff discount scheme on veterinary bills and products Employee Assistance Programme and access to over 400 Mental Health First‑Aiders and lots more We are committed to creating a fully inclusive place to work where everyone feels supported.
