You will possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer and coupled with the flexibility to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.If you have a passion for fantastic customer service, thrive on customer satisfaction and have a healthy obsession with coffee then we would love for you to get in touch and apply for our Restaurant Team Member opportunityResponsibilitiesWelcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all timesDelivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customersAttempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to a ManagerEnsure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standardsCarry out temperature checks and record as per company processComplete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chartFollowing critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitationAdhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directionsBeing aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures your actions contribute towards achieving them.Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including the restocking of workstationsReport all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possibleFollow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed #J-18808-Ljbffr
