As a member of the product team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop next-generation product features, with a focus on AI and Automation workflows. You’ll build wireframes, mock‑ups, and prototypes, iterate based on research and feedback, and champion user needs. Responsibilities Create and rapidly iterate wireframes, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma Collaborate with product stakeholders, business, and technology teams to solve design challenges Oversee design systems, components and variants Practice research on UX best practices for applications Be involved in contextual user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions Support the QA process by ensuring design standards will be met in implementation Work with Calero’s global design system and central design groups Develop an understanding of business needs in areas such as Finance, Telecoms, Mobility, SaaS and Payment Management This role is required to travel to the Tunbridge Wells office. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Experience and Training Experience in UX design, ideally with B2B products and AI features Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant designs Excellent communication skills – comfortable presenting to and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Expertise around controlling and publishing design system components Technical Knowledge Strong foundation in interaction and visual design, with hands‑on experience in prototyping and human‑centered design principles Proficiency in Figma (essential) Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints Critical Thinking Independent level of problem‑solving ability. Resolves semi‑complex problems that require independent judgment.
