About The Role We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy call centre based in Houghton-le-Spring. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. This is a target‑driven role where your efforts directly impact your earnings – ideal for individuals who are motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers Selling appliance warranty packages and services Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Following all company policies, processes, and compliance regulations Start and finish times: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (full time) part time hours tbc This is not a remote working role – you will be based at our Houghton‑le‑Spring office. Hours of work are subject to change, and you must be flexible. What We're Looking For The candidate must have previous proven experience in a Contact Centre Sales role A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop quickly Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach at all times Self‑motivated and driven by targets and bonuses Resilient – able to stay motivated even on the toughest days Basic computer skills, including competency in Excel Ability to follow sales processes and achieve KPIs Ability to travel to our Houghton‑le‑Spring office (this is not a remote role) Benefits: What's in It for You?
