The Property Manager will oversee the day-to‑day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, including managing property maintenance, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring buildings comply with regulations. Responsibilities will include managing budgets, supervising staff and service providers, coordinating tenant communications, and preparing reports on property performance. Ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency will be key priorities in this role. Qualifications Experience in Property Management, including lease administration, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and team members Proven ability in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control Organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple properties or tasks effectively Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency with property management software and other digital tools Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle conflict resolution professionally Prior experience or knowledge of local real estate markets in Portsmouth or the surrounding areas is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Industries Human Resources Location: Portsmouth, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
