Logging the calls on our CRM system Donorflex (full training will be provided). Making telephone calls to thank supporters after their events to ensure they feel appreciated and valued. Skills Ability to work well in a team. Good communication skills and confident talking over the phone. Confident to work on a computer and learn to use new programmes.
