Base pay range We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis. Payment: Payment is offered at £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), which is based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Nationwide Presence: Viewber is nationwide, so please apply wherever you are in the U.K. When signing up, you will be asked the maximum number of miles you're comfortable travelling and only offered appointments within that radius. What You’ll Need Excellent communication skills Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently Fluency in English, both verbal and written A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
