Our Graduates into Teaching Pathway offers an exceptional opportunity to gain paid, hands‑on experience as a Teaching Assistant in schools across North Tyneside. Role and Responsibilities Support pupils both in small groups and one‑to‑one across secondary, SEN, and primary schools. Work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high‑quality learning experiences. What We're Looking For A degree in any subject with a minimum 2:2 classification (or predicted). GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. Strong communication and presentation skills. A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast‑paced school environment. A genuine passion for education and working with young people. Two referees we can contact as part of the application process. A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
