Found Recruitment has a great opportunity for someone to start their career journey into Recruitment by offering a Trainee Consultant role to work alongside an experienced team within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction sectors. Recruitment can be one of the toughest but rewarding career routes you embark on, providing variety to your days, multiple career paths, and outstanding earning potential.

At Found Recruitment, you will be part of a hands-on team who will offer you the one-to-one mentoring, training, and support required whilst being empowered to become your own unique Consultant, working with both Clients and Candidates to help projects get delivered on time and assist people back into employment. We will work with you to help map out your career plan with regular reviews to ensure we are all working towards the same goal.

Knowledge will be gained along the way. Drive, ambition, and work ethic are the main skills that 'make the difference' in how successful you want to become. If you are someone who is tenacious, excels at holding conversations with people at different levels, asks probing questions, possesses excellent listening skills, can take rejection, and remains determined to continue to strive forward, where no two days are the same, then Recruitment may be for you.

We pride ourselves on delivering an honest service to both Clients and Candidates with genuine care and excellent attention to detail to try to ensure all needs are met. The right individual will be motivated to operate in the same way, ensuring delivering an exceptional service which will, in turn, boost your own financial rewards along the way.

Package

  • Starting salary of £25,000-£28,000 (with opportunity to earn commission from the start)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Strong communication skills – cold calling is a large element of the role

  • Full-time working – 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
