We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle from feasibility to process commissioning adding value through client-side support. If being a part of a team with a passion for this industry is for you then we would love to talk to you.We currently have opportunities in our Manchester office.**Your Purpose:*** Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.* Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.* Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.* Setting quality assurance standards in design.* Grow, develop and manage process engineering capability within the practice.**What you can bring:*** Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).* Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.* Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering considerations and their impact on project and operational risks.* Leadership of teams on programmes of work and/or major capital projects.* Experience of process safety techniques (HAZOP / DSEAR), capital and operational costs assessments, whole life carbon assessments as well as knowledge of UK environmental regulations.* Design and/or operational experience of main process unit operations.We're ranked as one of LinkedIn's Top 25 Companies, where UK professionals want to work and stay once, they join.
