Your Impact Lead on high-profile M&A projects and provide expert advice to UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues. Own and manage key client relationships, identifying new business development opportunities through your expertise and networks. Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth while expanding your own technical knowledge.
