F&B Assistant Location: Royal Sutton Coldfield, England, United Kingdom. The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award‑winning hotel, home to 300+ luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, event and meeting spaces, a leisure club and spa. The resort has undergone a major expansion and renovation with an investment of over £80 million, adding the Masters Suite, a state‑of‑the‑art leisure club and 149 additional bedrooms, enhancing the guest experience. Salary: £12.91 per hour (base £12.21 + estimated £0.70 gratuities per hour). Responsibilities Serve as a food and beverage assistant, performing duties equivalent to a waiter. Welcome guests with a polite and friendly manner and deliver a great experience from beginning to end. Confidently discuss menu items and take guest orders. Ensure all guest needs are met proactively. Maintain cleaning and hygiene practices. Work across any of the resort outlets that require assistance to ensure smooth running of the facility. Work late nights during the week and on weekends. Qualifications Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred but not required. Passionate about delivering fantastic service to guests. Enjoy engaging in conversation about the resort and its products. Natural sales ability, outgoing and enthusiastic. Can‑do attitude and proactive mindset.
