OverviewInventory Supervisor at Yusen Logistics. Based at Derby Site (DE65 6BG). Working pattern Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £30,366.39 (depending on experience).As an Inventory Supervisor you will oversee the effective running of the warehouse operation, including supporting Customer Inventory Administrator stock integrity within the contract, ensuring all stocks are accounted for and KPIs are met.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain good customer relationships both internal and external, acting as the key customer contact for queries.Attend regular inventory meetings to review performance and issues, providing accurate data in accordance with customer expectations.Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service.Ensure all company procedures are adhered to including ER procedures, such as absence and performance management, standards of behaviour, disciplinary, PDR, etc., supporting investigations and disciplinary hearings as necessary.Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development, mentoring and support, as necessary. Achieve expected levels of performance within the team. Ensure all employees' PDRs are completed on time.
