Responsibilities Preparation of tenders up to 11 kV voltage Providing quotations and tenders for new connection works and turnkey projects using Sinewave’s in‑house teams and supply chain Key account management for new and existing customers, including top‑level review with clients and managing enquiry flow Talking to manufacturers to develop turnkey partnership solutions Following up quotations and bringing feedback to the tendering and sales team for unsuccessful offers Attending site surveys or tender interviews as necessary Establishing key client requirements, providing quotations, liaising with internal departments and submitting final project overview Evaluating supplier and subcontractor returns to ensure compliance with tender specifications/documentation Accurately undertaking necessary take‑offs of drawings and schedules and performing data entry into the estimating software used by the business Drafting commentary regarding exclusions and clarifications associated with return offers Working with SimPro and other business systems to follow company processes and maintain data integrity Assisting in creation/management of processes for the estimation team Key Requirements Proficient in productivity and collaboration software such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint across multiple platforms (smart‑phones, tablets, laptops) Excellent communication, including ability to adapt communication styles, outstanding listening skills, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Attention to detail, producing high‑quality proposals and reports with minimal supervision Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Desire to mentor, train, and manage new team members as the business grows Additional Qualifications Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points) Qualification in engineering or equivalent experience A‑level equivalent in literacy, numeracy and technology Experience creating technical drawings using AutoCAD or Google Earth Strong market knowledge and experience within the electrical distribution sector (both HV and LV) Experience tendering for O&M contracts and private networks Experience establishing strategic and operational partnerships Wide experience handling complex business/commercial and confidential information Experience delivering successful tenders Experience in project management and process improvement Compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including anti‑bribery, Environmental and Quality Management System, ISO standards and NERS accreditation Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
