Base pay range LOCATIONS: Bootle and Southport Passenger Assistant Role and Responsibilities Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres Work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company. Quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend. Assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles. Be patient and empathic with the passengers and keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys. Passenger Assistant Requirements Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults. Have the right to work in the UK. Be willing to be trained to first aid and happy to advance to specialist medical training.
